  • I contacted your customer service team. when should I expect a response?
    We respond to all emails as soon as possible. Our goal is to respond to all consumers within 24 hours, however we often experience delays over the weekend and during peak times.

  • do you offer returns?
    We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Kylie Cosmetics by Kylie Jenner reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process please visit our Contact Us.
  • my package seems to have stopped moving.
    if your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status. Do you offer returns?
  • how do I track my package?
    Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your Kylie Cosmetics tracking page.
  • i have not received my order confirmation, what should i do?
    Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us here.
  • i received an incorrect order, what should i do?
    Please visit our page here within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide your order number with your inquiry.
  • i refused my delivery, where is my refund?
    Refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear once we process the return. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
  • can i cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
  • my items arrived damaged, what should I do?
    Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our Contact Us page. Please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.
  • i put the wrong address in my order, what should i do?
    Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Kylie Cosmetics will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • how do i check the status of my order?
    Please log into your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to the ‘Track Order’ link here. How can I track my package?
  • do you offer exchanges?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.
  • what form of payments do you accept?
    We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AfterPay, Discover, and Paypal. If you are an international consumer, we also accept local payment providers. You’ll see this list when you visit our checkout page.
  • why was I charged twice?
    You will only be charged for what you purchased. If you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days until the issue falls off and gets rectified automatically. However, if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please contact us via our Contact Us page with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.
  • can I cancel my subscription at any time?
    Yes, you can cancel at your leisure by going to the 'Subscriptions' section of your account and clicking ‘Edit'. Then select ‘Cancel' from the radio buttons and click ‘Save Changes.'
  • can i buy a subscription as a gift?
    Yes, you can set up a Subscription that ships to the recipient, and you will be billed as each order is processed. You can cancel at your leisure.
  • can i change the delivery frequency of my subscription?
    Yes, you can update your delivery preferences by visiting the ‘Subscriptions' section of your Account and clicking ‘Manage.' Then select a new timeframe from the radio buttons and click ‘Save Changes.'
  • how do subscriptions work?
    Simply choose your desired products and delivery frequency, and we'll ensure your products are automatically replenished according to your preferences — which can be adjusted at any time. Plus, subscribers get 10% off and free shipping on all subscription orders as well as early access to new product launches. At this time, subscriptions are only available for US customers. Can I cancel my Subscription at any time?
  • can I change the products in my subscription?
    You are always welcome to add a new product to your subscription, however in order to swap a subscription product, you will need to cancel your current subscription and re-purchase a new one with your desired product. How far in advance do I need to make adjustments to my Subscription?

    Yes, you can update your subscription preferences by visiting the ‘Subscriptions' section of your Account and clicking ‘Manage.' You can skip a delivery or select a new timeframe from the radio buttons and then clicking ‘Save Changes.' Can I change the delivery frequency of my Subscription?

    Changes to your Subscription can be made 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment date.

  • I forgot my password, what should I do?
    To reset your password, click here. You will then be prompted to enter the e-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an e-mail notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password this page. How do I subscribe to emails or cancel my existing email subscription?

    You can easily subscribe to emails by visiting kyliecosmetics.com and using the sign up form located in the footer at the bottom of the page. If you want to cancel/unsubscribe, you can click unsubscribe by locating the "Unsubscribe" link within your email.
  • do i have to set up an account to place an order?
    no, you do not have to set up an account to place an order.
  • do your products contain soy?
    Rebel Queen Cosmetics and Rebel Queen Skin do not use soy in any of our products.
  • do you offer free samples or gifts?
    Occasionally rebelqueen.ca will apply a gift with purchase to orders. Please note that unless otherwise stated, all free gifts redeemed alongside a customer's orders are included while supplies last and are therefore not guaranteed. All samples, packets, stickers, and other products or merchandise are subject to change and availability.
  • does rebel queen skin use parabens or sulfates?
    rebel queen cosmetics and rebel queen skin do not use parabens or sulfates in any of our products.
  • do you test products on animals?
    rebel queen cosmetics and rebel queen skin do not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty-free.
  • have your products been tested by a dermatologist?
    no, all products have not yet been tested by a board-certified dermatologist.
  • are your products vegan?
    Yes – our products are formulated without any ingredients from animal origin.
  • where can i purchase Rebel Queen products?
    Rebel Queen is available at www.rebelqueen.ca or from our Etsy store.
  • are the products safe for all skin types?
    all products were formulated to be safe for all skin types, but if you have specific concerns please consult your dermatologist about the list of ingredients found on the website.
  • are your products natural?
    When possible, we choose naturally derived ingredients over synthetics in all formulations.
  • how often do you restock?
    Restock dates vary depending on product availability. Please sign up for our emails or SMS text alerts to find out when your favorite products will be back in stock!
  • where are your products manufactured?
    Our formulas are made in the Canada and Europe, with globally sourced ingredients.
  • what temperatures do these products need to be stored at?
    we recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
  • do you offer discounts or promotions?
    Yes, from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email and/or SMS text alerts to receive news on special offers. Where are your products manufactured?
  • what does ‘clean’ mean?
    our products do not contain parabens or gluten, along with a long list of over 1,600 other ingredients banned under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 in the European Union.
  • shipping disruptions
    Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
  • order tracking
    You can track your order by clicking here. If tracking is not available yet, it will become available once your order has been fulfilled at our warehouse. Most orders are fulfilled within one to three business days, except during holidays. Shipping Disruptions
  • international shipping
    We offer complimentary Express shipping for most international orders over $175, excluding duties & taxes. There may be product specific restrictions. For orders less than $175, we offer $22.00 flat rate shipping. Based on your shipping country, the rate may be higher to include duties & taxes and will be converted to your local currency. The exact shipping options for your country will be presented during checkout. International orders can experience delays, if your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of order placement, please contact our Customer Service team for updates via our our Contact Us Form. Delivery times vary by destination country. Most international orders will be delivered within 4 and 21 business days of order fulfillment at our warehouse. For applicable countries, duties & taxes either be automatically calculated in the product price or during checkout.
  • shipping
    We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $40 in the United States. In addition, we offer the following shipping options: Standard - (FedEx SmartPost) $8.95 flat rate Ground – (FedEx Ground) $10.95 flat rate Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O./APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.
